Bestmile announced the appointment of Sebastien Ruffino as Head of Business Development and Strategic Alliances to build the company’s relationships with the global automotive industry.
Sebastien brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, product development, marketing, and partnership management. He has over a decade of experience in the connected mobility space and is a recognized expert on smart cities and the future of mobility.

Since 2005, Sebastien held executive leadership roles at global navigation brand TomTom, where he brought his passion for mobility services and his business development expertise to several divisions of TomTom Group. Sebastien led efforts to bring TomTom into the automotive industry by forging the company’s first agreement with Renault Carminat. More recently he was head of a TomTom business unit very active in logistics and telematics.
Prior to TomTom, Sebastien spent a decade in the automotive industry in various roles from product management to sales management positions at COBRA and FICOSA. He holds a Master of Project Management degree from Ecole Centrale Paris and an MBA in International Business from Concordia JMSB in Canada.
